- 1 passport size photograph of each parent/guardian
- Address & Photo ID proof of parents/guardian
- Birth Certificate (mandatory for Nursery & Primary classes)
- Transfer Certificate (for Class II onwards)
- If applicable:
- Migration Certificate (in case of change of board)
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
- Supporting documents for scholarship (if applicable)
